Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

To return the order you've placed, please follow the steps below:

1. Return/Exchange or Refund Request Format
Please write an email to our Customer Care Team in the below format and with the mentioned subject line: Return of Product. The form needs to contain the following data: your name, e-mail address, phone number, product ID and description of defect and date of purchase.

Once we receive the product, we will exchange the product and hand it over to you and in case of refund the same would be processed to your bank account without any extra charges.

2. Product return
When returning the product, please send us the product in saleable conditions and all tags and barcodes attached, together with a copy of the invoice.

3. Shipping
Please send the faulty goods to the following address:

You can also contact our Customer Service at 7400047874, we will pick up the faulty goods by courier.

Note: The below mentioned products cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene purposes unless due to manufacturing defect and not defect due to shipping (Quality check done):
